Organized by the “Vertical” construction company , the event was hosted at the historic Potocki Palace complex and drew a large crowd of active local youth. One of the highlights was an interactive zone where our engineers showcased the equipment that pilots and infantry use during combat missions to defend our homeland in the east. Our brigade actively applies cutting-edge experience in utilizing robotic systems for supplying rations and ammunition, casualty evacuation, and reconnaissance. Visitors could explore airplanes, various types of drones, and ground control stations, including foreign UAVs actively utilized by our brigade.
For those eager to get hands-on experience, we set up a dedicated area with the “Ratel S” multipurpose wheeled robotic platform. Both kids and adults had the chance to operate it and drive it around the venue themselves!
Supporting youth development, our brigade also introduced members of the “Radio Zahvizdya” amateur radio club from the Zahvizdya Lyceum. Led by their instructor, Mr. Anton, the students flew tinywhoop-class mini-quadcopters, executing complex maneuvers through a timed obstacle course.
The event featured two charity auctions where attendees could donate and bid on unique military trophies. Up for grabs were brigade memorabilia and downed enemy UAVs, with the grand prize being the fuselage of a Russian “Lancet” drone shot down by one of our brothers-in-arms!
Thanks to everyone’s joint efforts, we raised 110,000 UAH. In a spectacular turn of events, the “Vertical” construction company matched the donations, contributing an additional 110,000 UAH. This brought the grand total to 220,000 UAH! All funds, managed by the “Brothers in Spirit” charity foundation, will be used to purchase components for ground control stations and repeater carriers manufactured by our battalion’s engineers.
